Do It Yourself! (be intuitive)
Enough of the talking, you need to know how to access your intuition, don’t you?
The answer to your prayers is here.
What follows is very simple and very effective. You can learn more detailed ways of accessing your intuition easily enough.
But for this exercise we’ll just do something simple.
Stand with your feet about shoulder width apart. Stand relaxed. Not sloppy, just relaxed so you stand up straight.
Now you need to ask yourself a question or statement. The simplest one to use is probably in the form of “I was born in …….”. Fill in the blank for yourself, be it country, town, street, village, whatever.
Now, as you’re standing there relaxed, make this statement clearly (either in your mind or out loud, depending on your level of self-consciousness) and close your eyes as you do so. Sense which way you feel as if you’re moving (or wanting to move). If you made a true statement you should sway forwards (or feel as if you want to). If you made a false statement, it should be the other way round.
By the way, shutting the eyes is a simle way of shutting down one of your five sense and thus heightening the others, in this case you ears and their sense of balance.
If you got wrong answers (i.e. you swayed back on the true statement and forwards for a false one), you need to do one of two things. First you cna take your first two fingers of your right hand and brush them across your forehead from right to left (DON”T DRAG THEM BACK AND FORTH, JUST RIGHT TO LEFT!) about 4 times. Or you can make a fist and thump yourself on the middle of the breastbone.
Try the questions again. There should be a difference.
If you get no response, take a rest and take some water (the most common cause of problems). And then try again later.
What you have just learned is a simple but effective method of accessing your intuition. You can use this to test statements as well as other things. For example, if you have a food allergy, try holding a sample of the food to your chest and simply see which way you sway. You should move backwards, although some people will crave the food and feel pulled forwards. What you have to have in mind is the question “Is this food good for me?”. That will give you a more consistent answer.

More details about how to use this will probably appear later!.
