Finding the Best Parking Space
I use dowsing to find a parking space in a crowded parking lot. This practical exercise is very useful, not only for finding somewhere to park, but to learn how to ask the right question. If you do this every time you go shopping, your dowsing will really get accurate.
I find it is important to get a clear picture in my mind of what I am searching for. If I just ask for the spot that is closest to me, I won’t necessarily be close to the entrance of the store. If I want to get as close to the store entrance as possible, then I have to focus on that aspect of my search. However, if I ask for the closest parking space to the front entrance (assuming I am focusing on finding one that is open at this time), I may find myself directed to a ‘handicap’ parking space, for which I am not eligible.
Asking the right question is important. For example, I don’t want to be taken down an aisle the wrong way. So when searching for a space, I am intending only to drive down aisles in the correct direction, rather than against traffic.
Sometimes I will be taken down a row where a car is just going to leave as I approach. This is very helpful when in crowded lots, as open spaces are taken quickly. When I first started dowsing for parking spaces, I often found I arrived at an empty space at the same time or just after someone else. I was focusing on finding an empty space, but not on me being the first one to reach it!
This little exercise is an excellent example of our observation that you never get a wrong dowsing answer (unless your polarity is reversed). You may not get the answer you are seeking, but don’t get discouraged. Ask yourself how the answer you got could be correct, then use that knowledge to become better at asking the right question. What you will usually find is that you weren’t specific enough, weren’t focused enough, or left something out. It is a great learning experience.
Deviceless dowsing, that is, dowsing without a tool, is the best way to do this. I use blink dowsing. ‘Yes’ is an eye blink. ‘No’ is no blinking. Formulate your questions so they have ‘yes’ or ‘no’ answers. Blink dowsing is quick and easy and very accurate.

Aloha and mahalo for this good advice. I have what I call “parking space” angels”, and this also works extremely well for me. I amaze others with the great parking spaces my angels manifest for me. I have also added your blog as a link on my sidebar of one of my blogs which best fits your information. Blessings!
If you can give me your blog, I’ll link to it. Sound like we think alike!
Whatever method one uses to focus their intent to find the best parking space, I believe it will help them. It is just as effective and legitimate to use ‘parking space angels’ as to dowse. There are probably lots of other ways as well. They are all based on using intuition.
It is interesting to compare notes and see the different ways people have of manifesting similar results. Thanks for sharing your experiences. If the ‘parking space angel’ method resonates more than dowsing, or if someone doesn’t dowse, then the angel method is the way to go. By all means, I urge people to try different methods, and then go with whatever works best.
