Biorhythms and intuition

Perhaps you have heard of biorhythms before? Apparently, they were first noticed by a German doctor towards the early part of the 19th Century. He discovered that many of his patients exhibited cycles of 23 or 28 days duration (which he termed the male and female cycles).

Over time, these have been investigated further and other cycles have been added to these first two. The original contention behind them still stands: at the day of your birth, your various cycles begin and can be easily plotted over time.

At various times, you can have positive, negative or critical days. Positive, as the name suggests, implies that you will be performing at or near your peak in , say, the Physical realm. Negative days are where you would be below par. Critical days are those where they are passing from positive to negative, where they are in delicate balance. On such days in your Physical cycle, for example, you would do well to take more care as that would be the time when you would be more prone to accidents and injuries, losing your balance and so on.

Now the inquiring minds amongst you are probably asking what has this to do with intuition? The answer is clear. There have been investigations and discoveries which point to there being a cycle for intuition. From what I can tell, it has a 28 day cycle. What this means for you is that there will be certain days in every month when you will find yourself accessing your intuition easily and other days when it will be harder. in between there will be a few days when you really shouldn’t trust it at all.

That synopsis certainly seems to go along with general observations about intuition; how it can sometimes be “spot on” and at other times it doesn’t seem to work or gives you really poor information.

So maybe there is something in this idea of biorhythms and the fluctuations of life.

You can easily check it out for yourself. There are many free calculators available on the internet. Just search and see. One can be found here and another can be found here, for example. Many others do not have the intuition cycle included, just the basic ones.

Enjoy!
